Roughly it will go like this:
- 5pm – 6pm Fun & Games
- 6pm – 7pm Harvest meal with short talk (Chilli & Baked potatoes, etc)
- 7pm – 7.30pm Church AGM (optional)
- 7.30pm – 8pm cleanup
